Account & Data Deletion Request

Delete Local Data (Self-Service)

If you only use Vigil's free tier (local storage only), all your data is stored exclusively on your device. You can delete it yourself:

  1. Open the Vigil app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete All Data"
  4. Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes all medications, schedules, adherence logs, health measurements, and profile data from your device. This action cannot be undone.

Alternatively, you can uninstall the Vigil app from your device, which will also remove all locally stored data.

Delete Cloud Data (Premium Users)

If you have enabled cloud sync (Premium subscription), your encrypted data is also stored on our servers. To request deletion of this cloud data, please submit the form below.

What gets deleted: All cloud-synced medication data, adherence logs, health measurements, caregiver connections, and account information. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
