In Vigil Pet, tap the "+" button to add a new pet profile. Once a pet is added, you can then add their specific medications, set up vet appointments, and track vaccinations. You can manage multiple pets within the app.

Open Vigil Supp and use the "+" button to add your supplements. You can specify dosage, frequency, and set personalized reminders to ensure you never miss a dose. The app also helps you track your intake over time.

Vigil Circle is designed for family and caregiver coordination. It allows you to create a secure circle where designated members can share health updates, coordinate care schedules, and receive alerts (e.g., if a loved one misses a medication dose from Vigil Med). This feature requires explicit consent from all participants.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Vigil in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Vigil and enable "Allow Notifications" with "Time Sensitive" turned on. On Android, ensure Vigil is not restricted by battery optimization — go to Settings > Apps > Vigil > Battery and select "Unrestricted." Also check that Do Not Disturb is not blocking Vigil's notifications.

Yes. By default, all your data across the Vigil apps is stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage. We never sell or share your data with advertisers. If you enable optional cloud sync (Premium feature), your data is encrypted with AES-256 before leaving your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To delete local data: Go to Settings > Delete All Data within the specific Vigil App. This permanently removes all data from your device for that app. For cloud-synced data, submit a request through our Data Deletion page. Cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

Yes. All Vigil apps are designed as local-first. Core features work completely offline. An internet connection is only needed for specific functionalities like cloud sync, sharing features (e.g., Vigil Circle), or external data lookups (e.g., drug interaction checks in Vigil Med).
