End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vigil Medical LLC ("Licensor") for the use of any of the Vigil mobile applications (collectively, the "Applications"). By installing or using any Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to this EULA, do not install or use any Application.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable app store terms (Apple App Store Terms of Service, Google Play Terms of Service).

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or commercially exploit the Applications.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Applications.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of Licensor.

4. Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that the Applications are intended solely as personal tracking and reminder tools. The Applications do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health conditions or medical treatments.

5. Updates and Support

Licensor may from time to time provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to the Applications. Updates may automatically install depending on your device settings. Licensor has no obligation to provide maintenance or support except as required by law.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Applications and delete all copies from your device.
