1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of the Vigil mobile applications (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vigil Medical LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Vigil Apps are reminder and health tracking tools. Information provided through the Apps (including medication interaction alerts, pill reminders, supplement tracking, skincare schedule reminders, and nutritional information) is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, medication, or wellness routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through a Vigil App.

3. Description of Services

Vigil provides a suite of personal health and wellness tracking applications, including:

• Vigil Med: Medication reminder, pill tracking, and drug interaction checker.
• Vigil Pet: Pet health, medication, and vet appointment tracker.
• Vigil Supp: Vitamin and supplement schedule manager.
• Vigil Circle: Caregiver coordination and family status sharing.
• Vigil Glow: Skincare routine and beauty product manager.
• Vigil Meal: Nutrition, meal logging, and dietary reminder app.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Apps, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating reminders and profiles.
• Independently verify medication dosages and schedules with your healthcare provider or prescription label.
• Maintain the security of your device and any backup/sync credentials.
• Not use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code of the Apps.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features within the Apps require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and payment policies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, user interfaces, and software code associated with the Vigil Apps are the exclusive property of Vigil Medical LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigil Medical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed doses, medication errors, or health complications resulting from your use of or inability to use the Apps.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
